Heavy Stuff

Last Wednesday, I was taking my night supplements and my Mom commented that I was on top of my supplements. I responded by simply telling her, “It’s 100% of my life. That and going to doctors appointments.”

I never thought that my life would be this way, but it is and it makes sense to me. I can still schedule my doctor appointments and order my supplements monthly at this point. I’m not sure what it will look like when I’m not able to do that anymore.

That’s pretty much it. I post on my blog and watch Hallmark movies. That’s my life. It’s quite mundane, but I have no other choice. I’m going to the dentist next week and the week after, I’m going to my internist to get weighed.

I’ve never planned for my life to be like this, I was supposed to get married and have two more children all the while still teaching. MS had different ideas and that’s unfortunate.

There is a supplement that I took for my eyes. Given that last night, I couldn’t really see the game, I was concerned. I told my Mom and she reminded me of that supplement that I used to take but Dr. Clark‘s office no longer offers it. I got it online some months before they stopped supplying it. My Mom bought me two bottles of that supplement today so maybe my eyes will get a little better.

My vision is not darkening, but I can’t really focus on things very well anymore. And yes, I still hear that damn doctor Who told me when I was diagnosed that I would eventually call blind and then I will die. This is all really heavy stuff.

I really wish the weather would break already because it’s doing terrible things to my body! Today was a rough day.

I’m still using the last of a tube of my Cucumber Mint chapstick. It’s supposed to be 86° when I go to the dentist so I don’t think I will change to Fall flavors just yet. Regardless of the weather, I will change over to pomegranate at my Internist appointment on the 22nd because I’m changing to Pumpkin Spice on October 1 and watching Hocus Pocus.

Fall in Love

I just saw Autumn at Apple Hill on the Hallmark channel:

I saw the entire movie! Usually that takes me three days to happen. It was all Fall stuff and I really dug it! The only problem is that it’s still 72° at 10 pm. That stinks! I wish Fall would get here already!

It’s like going to the Cider Mill when I was a kid and it was hot and there were 1 million bees. That really stunk!!!

I am not leaving the house until September 15 so Fall better be here by then!!! I’m still wearing my Spring/Summer chapstick but with this weather, I don’t feel Fall!!! But I am digging the Fall in Love on the Hallmark Channel!

Roont

I remember when Gavin Degraw’s album “Sweeter” came out and I was listening to it a lot. Leave it to my 12-year-old son to ruin it for me. I was liking this song:

He came out of his room and sang, “Pull my finger…” I just said. Now, the song was roont. I just heard this song and he reminded me how much it stunk that he roont it for me.

He told me, that was and still is my best work!!!

I say roont because my Dad said that instead of saying ruined. Either way, I can’t forget Sean singing that!!! EVER!!!

Mick Fleetwood

Last week, I dropped my mouthguard halfway through pillaging. I have to wear my mouthguard as I distribute my pills because I grind my teeth. I’ve been wearing a mouthguard since 2011 when I sleep.

I thought for a moment because my Mom was sleeping and it was just us two in the house. I still had four pills to distribute. I thought for a moment and decided that I would put my pills in my pill box like Mick Fleetwood:

That’s right, I distributed those pills with my mouth gaping open! I got it done and today, my mouthguard almost fell off of the table as I was drinking my shake between pills. I need that nutrition as I am concentrating so hard on the pill distribution.

Sean was here, but I did NOT drop my mouthguard. I have always dug people’s drumming faces and I think this one was kind of funny. It helped me pillage without grinding my teeth though.

I got my mouthguard in 2011 when I was seeing my MRT (muscle release technique) therapist. I called him my ‘rub-er,’ but he did not like that. I remember going into Parker‘s room and telling him that I have never been in a fight, but if I was, this is what I’ve feel like because I feel like I have been punched in my face! My mouth, especially!

He rubbed my face and I made an appointment a TMJ at my dentist. He was not retired then. I had to pay for it myself! I should have worn my mouthguard after I got my braces off and then I would have had one!

“The Jennifers are in College?!”

I came across this email tonight:

I wanted to see what it said because I wondered if my name was popular when I was born and it made me think of Dr. DeGregorio when he asked my class that had five Jennifer‘s in it of like 25 people maybe. The Jennifer’s are in college?!

Sure enough:

I read a paragraph after seeing that have of the entire decade was Jennifer:

“Stare at a Memory”

I was listening to my Gavin DeGraw playlist a while ago. It was still August I think. That first album reminds me of our first apartment. I had just gotten that CD and I listened to it often! I can still SEE my first apartment. I remember that I was more able about it than and I didn’t think I would get to where I am now EVER!!! Back then, I thought I would live a full life and get married and have a couple more kids. That didn’t happen and I’ve mourned that so long ago, but I do live in my memories and I have been for a while:
