I had texted with my friend yesterday about Wu-Tang Clan doing the halftime show at the Lions game on Thanksgiving. I told him that I was excited that u2 was going to do the Thanksgiving Eve halftime show for the Rams. He is not a fan either but I’m a fan for everyone and I will be watching that!
I told Sean about it yesterday and he said, “You’re old!” I don’t dispute that at all! I remember when we watched Katy Perry and Lenny Kravitz was a guest star guitar solo and he came home on Monday and he said that everyone was asking why Cinna was playing the guitar? I was appalled and told him that is not Cinna (from The Hunger Games) that is Lenny Kravitz!!!
I know that Bono is getting up there and I’m prepared for that. I remember when I saw Kings of Leon open for something and I couldn’t believe that Caleb was so old! And I said that a bunch! I told Sean that the song was still a banger, but I couldn’t believe how old he was! How old I am! I’m totally OK with that though. I feel like I’m 95.
