Van is rented and in my driveway waiting for my appointment tomorrow with Dr. Clark. I’m kind of excited about this appointment! It seems that we do things every time I see him! The things he does, the things he tweaks and my supplement schedule end up making me feel better. That feels good! I see him roughly every eight months or so when I have a free month that I am not seeing a different doctor or my dentist. It works out that I can afford two van rentals a month. I think next August I’m going to have a few more then, but we will cross the bridge when we get to it.
I have to tell you that things are getting a little bit more rough. I wasn’t totally prepared for this, but I’m doing it. It’s happening. I appreciate seeing Dr. Clark. I have been seeing him since 2011.
Supplements are expensive, but that is the path I chose in the summer of 2007. Dr. Clark likes that I have NOT been in the hospital at all at this point. I still check in with all of my doctors and I get blood work annually and I take the tests they want me to for the most part. I no longer have MRIs. That’s just exposure to radiation. No thanks.
I really appreciate that my Mom believes in my supplements because she knew how I was when I was on the medication for MS. That was brutal and I will never forget how I felt as long as I live. My supplements are almost 7% of my Disability check annually. But I think feeling better is worth it! I’ll see what he says tomorrow. I’m ready.
