I got an email yesterday saying that the Vanilla Maple chapstick. I ordered from Burt’s Bees had shipped. That’s good because I just have three nubs left of my previous fall chapstick. Let me ‘splain ya:
I think it may have been three or four years ago when I ordered a bunch of chapstick because they had the flavors I really liked for the Fall and Winter. But, here’s the thing, I thought it was Ginger Spice but instead, it was Salted Caramel. I don’t like Salted Caramel. It sounds like I would, but I don’t. I had to use it all up, though which took three or four years.
I had decided years ago that I liked to Vanilla Maple the best and I ordered it this year when it became available on October 6. So, I got word that they shipped and I currently have three nubs left over from Pumpkin Spice, Chai, and Vanilla Maple.
So I get this email and I know that I have about two weeks left of chapstick from my nubs so it will work out. I would normally put a picture of my nubs on my post, but my site is still a little bit wonky. What I will do is post a picture on Facebook with this blog post. Most of my readers are from Facebook.
I am spending my time writing about frivolous things because I don’t want to write about something that is gnawing at me. I watched The Accountant today because I needed to calm down. I don’t think that I’ll write about it today either though… I got ready for my virtual appointment with my neurologist next week and yesterday, I had to fill out seven questionnaires. That has been the most questionnaires I’ve had to answer in the past 25 years. I’m not sure they even read them, but I filled them out. I think I’ll talk about that tomorrow? in the meantime, I have my 3 nubs of chapstick.
