i’ve already posted my annual i2 YouTube video for New Year’s Day and I have said previously that January will be Maroon 5 but I was missing Barwis recently and I HAVE TO listen to these first. Jesse:

Feliz Navidad

I had Christmas music playing on shuffle the other day, and José Felicíano came on. I asked John if he knew that he was blind. That information shocked him. I’ve never talked about it, but this song is just as much in Sean’s child as it is mine because I make sure of that because I listen to it a lot.

I just told my Mom that I remembered before basketball practice at Saint Clemens (we had to borrow their gym some nights and they are located in Dearborn) that me, and my friend Jenny Sauceda were hugging each other and dancing in a circle while singing this song. There’s not very many words, and we knew all of them because I’m sure this song was just as much a part of her Christmases as it was a part of mine!:

5th and Final Tine

I watched Love Actually today and I think that is going to be the fifth and final time this year. I absolutely LOVE this movie and I didn’t see it until 2019. When it came out, I was busy watching kids stuff because Sean was just a kid. I had heard stuff about this movie so I finally watched it in 2019. I couldn’t get over how weird Alan Rickman looked!!!

And I love this song in this movie as well!!!

But this scene with this song is what sealed the deal for me!!! That song is my soundtrack for my first year at Western!!!:

Iconic

I have only heard to this song twice this year but right now is the third time I’m hearing it but I saw this and I thought it was so iconic!!!:

I saw this and I thought it was so cool because this is from 1989 and did he know that that line would be so iconic! It’s one of the lines I love singing with this song!

I remember I saw a of an interview with Bono. In retrospect, he feels that he ‘over sang’his part in this song! Well, Bono can do no wrong in my eyes!

Wrapped in Red

I thought that I heard this song a few days ago. I had to research it but this song came out in 2013, I was already living in our house. It’s kind of like when I heard Carrie Underwood. I would’ve jammed to that song but I heard it’s too late. I heard this one also too late but I want to hear it again because I hind of dig it!:

it looks like, when you Google, “Jon Secada O,, holy night,” A bunch of other videos come on your feed! I decided to check this one out and I wasn’t that disappointed:

I decided to watch it because they were ‘The Texas Tenors.’ It was good, but Jon Secada has my heart!!!:

Because, he just does. I LOVE this version of this song!!!

Mary, Did you Know?

I remember when I first heard this song. Completely blew me away! I wish CeeLo Green’s career was better than it turned out, but this is a beautiful song!

I have a Christmas playlist of every song that I put on my blog and that’s what I’m currently listening to. When I heard about Mary, kissing the face of God, I began to cry!
