I was SUPER excited for the Super Bowl. I watched NFL Network ALL morning and then pre-game.
I watched a segment on Peyton Manning. He hand writes notes to retiring players and mails them to their houses. After I saw this, I decided that I like Manning’s stilo (style). I was excited to see the game!
I watched an interview with John Fox. He was being interviewed with his wife, Robin, and they we talking about his surgery. He was a bit choked up speaking about having to say goodbye to his wife and kids before the heart surgery. I got a little choked up because that REALLY DOES stink for the kids too! I had to do that. Twice.
So the game gets started and it totally was NOT COOL from the first snap!! I was surprised at the Broncos. Peyton throwing picks and incomplete passes… Sean wanted to take his shirt off BEFORE halftime! The halftime show was good but I was not really in the mood to enjoy it. I wanted the Broncos to win! I almost won the squares from my work for the third quarter but the Broncos scored so I didn’t.
Well, I’m happy for the Seahawks! That’s what I get for NOT staying true to the NFC because I was SO impressed with the Broncos in the playoffs! But, retrospectively, it’s kindof MY stilo to pick the losers…
