Not Spinning My Wheels

My MS Journey Thus Far…

  • Hi, I’m Jen.
  • A Journey Begins…
Today, I’ve reflected on the beginnings of living life with Multiple Sclerosis.
  • Spirituality
The first pillar for my health and on my road to walking is having a good relationship with God.
  • Barwis Methods
A second pillar for my health and on my road to walking is the work I’ve been doing with the rrainers at Barwis Methods.
  • Nutrition
A third pillar for my health and on my road to walking is realizing that what I eat GREATLY effects how mt body functions.
  • Chiropractic Care/NRT/PEMF
A fourth pillar for my health and on my road to walking is chiropractic care and NRT (Nutrition Response Testing) which is a process where my body “tells” my doctor what it needs to optimally function.
  • Essential Oils
A fifth pillar for my health and on my road to walking is the use of essential oils and blends. I only have just begun exploring this realm and have begun to see the benefits from the use of essential oils blends.
  • Tunes
Highlights of the soundtrack of my life.
  • Involvement with the MS Society/MS Awareness Week
Things I have done with the MS Society – Michigan chapter and to raise awareness about MS.
  • Books and NOT COOL Stuff
Here are some books I am currently reading or books that I LOVE and some NOT COOL things about being a disabled person in a world that isn’t TRULY wheelchair accessible.
  • A Bit Of Randomness
This category is full of randomness that really doesn’t fit nicely into any of the categories having to do with my road to walking.

Breathtaking

I’ve seen this commercial so many times, and I think I have decided that the people wearing these socks are actually dancers!;:

Everytime I see it, it kind of takes my breath away because they all can control their feet! I haven’t been able to do that for so long…
