I was unable to attend the MuckFest this past summer (I’m COMPLETELY bummed!) but Brock invited me to the Strike Out MS event. His friend invited him and Brock invited me. I spoke with the “inviter” (his name is Tom) and he invited my Mom, my son, and my nephews to this event as well.
The picture below is us. We got t-shirts! I’m a SUCKER for a free t-shirt! Especially one that is for something that is dear to my heart, like this one is!
It was raining when we took this picture so the game was on a rain delay.
Just after they put the tarp on the field, I wanted to take a selfie with Sean (he reluctantly humors me). As he was snapping the picture, a huge gust of wind blew:
The wind and the rain actually cooled things off for me and I liked it but the game was cancelled. Brock and his wife showed up during the rain and I wanted to get a picture with him because I am a Brock Mealer SUPER FAN! I got embarrassed and didn’t ask him. Oh well, next time, I guess…
Sean is looking so much older!! We should meet for lunch sometime soon!!
